We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in air cargo project implementation to join our dynamic global team. You'll bridge business needs and technical delivery, leading end-to-end project execution — from implementation and user training to testing, go-live, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of air cargo projects using e-CARGOWARE's FR8Manage platform, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, and deployment for Airlines, GSAs, GSSAs, and GHAs.
• Participate in requirement gathering and GAP Analysis; contribute to pre-sales processes like RFP/RFI/RFQ.
• Conduct comprehensive end-user training sessions (virtual and on-site), creating tailored materials to ensure smooth adoption.
• Manage go-live activities including cutover planning, data migration, hyper-care support, and post-launch optimisation.
• Perform rigorous testing (UAT, SIT, EUT & regression) of software features, integrations, and workflows to ensure compliance with IATA, One Record, and WCA standards.
• Analyse business processes, document workflows, and recommend improvements for cargo operations such as booking, AWB management, revenue optimisation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to resolve issues, track timelines, and deliver within scope using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Provide ongoing support including troubleshooting, change management, and knowledge transfer for upgrades or new modules.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Aviation Management, or related field; Master's or certifications (CBAP, PMP, or IATA Cargo) a plus.
• 3–5+ years in business analysis or implementation roles within air cargo / logistics software.
• Proven track record in air cargo project delivery including training, testing, and go-live for Airlines, GSAs, GSSAs, or GHAs.
• Strong knowledge of air cargo systems and operations.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to travel for on-site implementations.
• Placement will compulsorily be in India (Chennai) Development Center.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Jira/Confluence, and testing tools; familiarity with test automation and AI tooling is advantageous.
• Skilled in crafting high-quality documentation: User Manuals, SRS, SOW, and process flow diagrams.
