They are the global GSA for Monarch and have been using a character based system for more than a decade. They wanted to move to UI based GSa system and went ahead with e-Cargoware GSA system. There were quite some challenges we faced in transitioning them to Web2.0 platforms which includes changes in business and ops process, message exchange, invoicing customization etc. Once they started using the system, they could appreciate the benefits of using dash boards, configurations, tracking etc. efficiently.
