GTA is our GHA client who is based in Canada. They had gone live in Feb 2016 and was fully operational. However they were invoicing needed manual intervention so that the invoices were sent to their clients monthly. This was a time consuming and tedious process for them and was not very efficient.
Hence one of our team member Muralisankar travelled to their place in August and understood their Invoicing process and tried to get it automated. By this, they dont need manual effort every month for raising the Invoice to their customers.
We did few customizations for them and Murali automated the entire process for them and they’re very much satisifed with the results.
We’re looking at more such automations which would add value to the process and there by facilitate the process easier.
